More Than Pilates. This Is Wellness.

Rosie

Level 3 & 4 Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor

What does wellness mean to you?

For me, true wellness looks like moving with intention, nourishing myself well, resting when needed and leaving space for the simple things that make life full; time with friends, family, laughter and moments of calm. It’s not about perfection or extremes; it’s about caring for the whole system. It’s about feeling supported, connected and showing my body, I space I call home, love.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

My journey into Pilates began through my own experience with lower back pain while strength training. I loved movement, but I knew something was missing. Pilates taught me the power of precision, control and truly understanding how my body works. I want my classes to be a space for people who feel overwhelmed or lost in fitness- a place where they feel welcomed, supported and grow in confidence.

What can clients expect in your class?

You can expect to be guided with care, encouraged to listen to your body and challenged in a way that feels empowering rather than intimidating, welcomed in with a smile! I bring supportive instruction with a strong focus on form, precision and intelligent movement. I love helping clients feel why a movement work, not just what to do.

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness is looking after yourself in how you feel works for you. Making a conscious effort to do things that make you feel good, inside and out. Wellness makes you feel supported, happy and calm.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

I wanted to help people the way Pilates has helped me. I have been in the space for the past six years and have seen the benefits it can have on so many people. I want to support people on their journey to becoming their best self!

What can clients expect in your class?

You can expect a well thought out lesson, focusing on the classical repertoire but adding elements tailored to you. Each move will be intentional and will make you feel your best!

What does wellness mean to you?

To me, wellness is about balance, whether that’s through moving with intention, eating nourishing foods, making time for things that bring me joy, or allowing myself to rest when needed. It’s about looking after my mind and body, so I can feel strong, grounded, and show up as my best.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

Since discovering Pilates, it quickly became exactly what my body needed – helping me move with intention, connect with my breath, and build strength and mobility in a way that feels sustainable. Becoming an instructor felt like a natural step for me, allowing me to inspire others to discover the benefits of Pilates and the wellbeing it brings.

What can clients expect in your class?

Clients can expect a safe and welcoming space, where I provide support to help you feel confident and at ease as you move. My classes focus on mindful, intentional movement, connecting with your breath, and refining form and precision to help you move at your best.

Level 3 Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor.

What does wellness mean to you?

The connection of bringing my mind body and soul into alignment. Our bodies our the only home we truly have so moving it without judgement and nourishing it. Whether that’s getting outside in nature or rolling out my mat. Coming back to connect with myself.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

Seeing how much it helped it me by others sharing this gift with me inspired me to do the same. Passing on my wisdom, knowledge and healings that I’ve received from others.

What can clients expect in your class?

Clients can expect a class that blends calm, grounding moments with energising, spicy sequences. You’ll leave feeling more centred and relaxed than when you arrived — but not without being gently challenged along the way.

Level 3 Mat, Reformer and Tower Pilates Instructor.

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness to me is moving to feel good- moving with intention and giving yourself those 50 minutes to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others. It’s about creating space in your day to listen inward, to be present in your body, and to honour what you need. Through Pilates, I find strength, balance, and a deeper connection between mind and body. Journaling allows me to reflect, release, and realign with what truly matters.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

I was inspired to become an instructor during my recovery from a dance injury where I tore my hamstring. At the time, movement felt uncertain, and I was searching for something that felt safe, supportive, and rehabilitative. Pilates became that space for me. It was the first form of movement that felt comfortable in my body again, allowing me to rebuild strength gradually and reconnect with myself without fear.

What can clients expect in your class?

Clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment in my classes—somewhere they feel comfortable, encouraged, and able to move at their own pace. I like to keep things light and authentic, and while I might confuse knees with elbows from time to time, it always brings plenty of laughs and creates a relaxed, feel-good energy in the room.

What does wellness mean to you?

For me wellness means to feel energised, strong and having a sense of peace and fulfilment in everyday life, knowing how to manage stress and challenges that may arise. To take rest where needed and to fuel my body with nutritious foods, making time for the little luxuries in life such as spending time with my family & friends

What inspired you to become an instructor?

My journey in Pilates started when I first attended a reformer class & fell in love with it. I loved how it complimented my current gym routine and how it helped my lower back issues. I loved how it made me feel calm and rested but at the same time strong. I love helping people and have such a passion for health and wellness.

What can clients expect in your class?

To be welcomed with love and encouragement to challenge themselves & feel empowered. In a space that is non-judgemental and supportive, celebrating personal growth no matter how big or small.

Yoga Instructor & Personal Trainer

What does wellness mean to you?

To me wellness is nurturing your body and mind in a way that brings you inner peace, tuning out any external pressure/expectations aiming for gradual progress over perfection. It's the ability to find balance and maintain it.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

I have loved practicing yoga for as long as I can remember.
So as soon as I got a bit older and life started moving so quickly, I became really in touch with using yoga to ground myself and also passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others and teaching the ability to slow down and relax, release tension and clear our minds.

What can clients expect in your class?

You can expect a space welcoming to all abilities and a practice that allows you to grow throughout the session and leave feeling grounded, uplifted & relaxed. I will guide you not only through poses for flexibility and strength but also breath work and mindfulness techniques. You can also expect some wobbles and giggles too!

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness, to me, is about finding balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s not about perfection, but about listening to your body and creating harmony in how you move, rest, and live each day.

What inspired you to become an instructor?

I was inspired by the way Pilates helped me feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in my body. I wanted to share that experience and help others discover their own strength and resilience.

What can clients expect in your class?

Clients can expect a supportive, welcoming environment where they’re encouraged to move at their own pace. My classes focus on mindful movement, controlled technique, and building strength, with clear guidance so you feel confident in what you’re doing.

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness to me is about truly reconnecting with yourself—mind, body, and spirit. It’s about finding balance, listening to your body, and moving in ways that feel nourishing and empowering. It’s also about creating space to bloom, surrounding yourself with positive energy, and embracing moments that help you feel whole, radiant, and truly at your best!

What inspired you to become an instructor?

Although I’ve always enjoyed being active, I never found something that truly kept me consistent until I discovered Pilates — it quickly became something I genuinely looked forward to. It completely transformed how I felt, not just physically but mentally too. I felt stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself.

That shift made me realise how powerful Pilates can be, and it’s what inspired me to become an instructor. I wanted to create that same experience for others — helping them feel confident, empowered, and genuinely good in their own bodies, and have fun whilst doing it!

What can clients expect in your class?

Txpect a full-body burn with a strong focus on deep core, control, and alignment. We move slowly and with intention so you really feel the work and properly target each muscle.

The vibe is always positive and encouraging — you’ll hear a lot of “gorgeous”, “stunning” and “last one” (even if it’s not), and it definitely gets spicy. You’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and challenged in all the right ways!

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness to me means feeling strong, empowered & confident within yourself. It means being connected to your body - and having habits in place that support long-term health. It’s not about how you look physically, but on how you feel inside!

What inspired you to become an instructor?

I first came into the fitness industry as a personal trainer, after having issues with confidence and body image. Through my love of weight training, I discovered Pilates, a more gentle and less high impact way of building strength. It felt like the perfect form of movement to combine with my routine at the time. I quickly fell in love with the feeling it gave me, how I left every session feeling empowered and strong. I quickly knew I needed to teach Pilates.

What can clients expect in your class?

Clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment, where the focus is on mindful movement, as well as proper technique. Each exercise will be guided with clear instructions, and modifications will always be given, with absolutely no judgement on where you currently are in your Pilates journey.
