Pilates and Cake Decorating

Choose between a 50 minute Infrared Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates class followed by an hours session of cake decorating! Start your morning with feel good movement focusing on strength, mobility and posture, with a lovely stretch to finish!
Get creative in our events room icing and decorating a 4" Bento cake with the guidance of the lovely expert Nikki. You can be a complete beginner for both the Pilates & cake decorating, no need for experience!

Pilates & Ikebana (Floral Design Workshop)
